How long does it take for orders to process?
Our products use only the best organic ingredients from around the world. Due to our high standard of quality and the uniqueness of what we provide we depend on the availability of ingredients from our growers and cultivators. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the item.


General processing time is 7 to 14 business days. If you have any questions about the processing time of your particular order please send a message to the Contact Page.




What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns of opened/used products. Though we are diligent to provide quality products we can give no guarantee as to effectiveness for each body chemistry and reaction is different. The statements found on this site or on any packaging have not been evaluated by the FDA. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. We do, however, disseminate well-documented knowledge of herbs and supplements for informational purposes only. If you have received any unwanted items please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt so we can help with your return of unopened and unwanted products. If an item is received damaged or unusable please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Do not open a damaged/unusable product. We will work with the USPS to open a damaged claim.



How long does it take for packages to arrive?
Standard shipping on orders in the contiguous US takes 3-5 business days.


International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.



What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.



How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your state/country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your state/country, and press the “update total” button.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. The total cost for your international shipment will be determined by our shipping department when your order is complete and your address has been received.
